Every specialist has a second job. Vera takes it.
Prep, notes, CRM updates and follow ups happen on their own. You walk into every call already knowing the account, and you leave it with nothing left to type.
Your Monday status is drafted. Two things changed since you last looked.
- Q3 migration ยท status draft
- 3 of 7 workstreams closed, 2 moved without a new date
- Blocked: vendor sign off has been with legal since the 14th
- Data cleanup slipped to Apr 18, agreed in Thursday's call
- One decision needed from the steering group

A day with Vera
Gather. Do. Record.
Between the tasks sits a second job nobody was hired for: finding context before, hunting for answers during, writing it all down after. Vera picks it up at all three points.
- 1Gather
The context arrives collected
What was decided, what changed, what someone promised in a thread you were never added to. Pulled from your tools into one place before you start, instead of being reconstructed once you already have.
You skip:Six tabs and an hour a day
- 2Do
This part stays yours
The thinking, the judgment, the call on what happens next. Vera sits in the same window and hands you the number, the clause or the file the moment you need it, with the source attached.
You skip:Waiting two days for an answer
- 3Record
The trail writes itself
Notes, status, fields, tickets, the follow up nobody enjoys sending. Drafted from what actually happened and shown to you before anything saves. You approve, you fix one line, you are done.
You skip:The end of day catch up
What actually changes
The same day,minus the busywork.
| Task | On your own | With Vera |
|---|---|---|
| Picking up someone's project. | Read the thread, open the drive, ask two people who were there. | One brief with the decisions, the owners and what is still open. Under a minute. |
| Monday status. | Half an hour reconstructing a week nobody wrote down. | Drafted from your tools overnight, waiting for your edit. |
| A report from two systems. | Export, paste, reconcile, format, repeat next month. | Assembled and refreshed on schedule, every number traceable. |
| Updating the tracker after a meeting. | Rewatch the call, copy actions into the tracker and chase owners for dates. | Owners, dates and next steps drafted from the call, waiting for your approval. |
| Finding what was decided. | Search Slack, search Drive, ask the person who left. | The quote, the date and the author, with a link to the original. |
| Chasing another team for data. | Three follow ups and a nudge at standup. | Vera asks, collects and tells you when it lands. |

Ask, and it is done
Four things you can ask for today.
You type it the way you would say it to a colleague. Vera comes back with the thing itself, not with instructions on how to make it.
@VeraCatch me up on the Nordwind account before eleven.
Nordwind, everything since your last call on Mar 4. Renewal slipped to Q3 after they asked for 20 percent off and Marek said no. Two things still open: the API limit they raised on the 11th, and a February invoice nobody closed. One page brief is in your DM.
Time delivered 40 seconds
@VeraPull last month's numbers from Stripe and HubSpot into one doc.
Doc is in your Drive. Stripe counts 412 payments, HubSpot shows 407 closed deals. The five extra are renewals nobody logged, they are listed on page two rather than folded into the total. Want this on the first of every month?
Recurring, if you want it
@VeraWhat did we decide about the SLA, and where?
Four hour response, business hours only. Anna agreed to it on the call on Feb 12, minute 34, and it went into the contract annex as clause 4.2. Both linked below, so you can check before you quote it.
Every answer carries its source
@VeraDraft the reply and keep it short.
Draft is in your Gmail, three sentences. I kept the Apr 18 date and dropped the apology paragraph, since you already apologised on Tuesday. Not sent, it is waiting for you.
Never sends on its own
She lives where you already are.
Vera answers in the window you already have open, and reaches into the systems your team already runs. Nothing to install, no second app, no extra login to remember.

What specialistsask first.
Five questions come up in every rollout. Here they are, answered the way we answer them on the call.
Is this here to replace me?
Not unless your job is moving information between systems. Vera does not decide, negotiate or carry responsibility for anything. She takes the part of the role that was never the point. The judgment stays with you, and so does the credit.
Does Vera do anything without me?
Vera works within the permissions and rules you set. She can read, search, summarise and draft on her own, but anything that changes a record or leaves your company waits for your approval. Every action is logged.
What can she actually see?
Only the systems and data you explicitly connect and authorise. Access follows your existing permissions, so Vera does not expose information you could not already see. The sources behind her answers remain visible.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. Vera works in the tools and channels your team already uses. You can keep the same process and hand off preparation, notes, CRM updates and follow-ups step by step.
What if she gets it wrong?
You remain in control. Vera shows the source behind her answer, asks before consequential actions and keeps a log of changes. If something is wrong, you correct it, while the final decision stays with you.
