Vera

Tell her what needs to happen. She does it, in your systems.

Vera reads your conversations, documents and tools, answers in plain language, and then finishes the job where the work actually lives: the CRM, the inbox, the ticket, the spreadsheet. Ask once, or set it to run every week without asking.

The future of work

AI that works.

Not a chat window that gives you something to paste somewhere else. Vera finishes the task in the system it belongs in, and she keeps getting better at how your company does it.

  1. Actions, not words

Vera completes the workflow. She writes the document, updates the record, opens the ticket and closes the loop, then tells you what she did and where.

  2. One prompt, every system

One request reaches the CRM, the ERP, the mailbox, Slack, Teams, the drive and your internal tools. You stop being the integration between them.

  3. Learns your business

Your processes, your terminology, your documents, your way of writing to a customer. The tenth answer is better than the first because it is trained on yours.

Inside the product

Ask. Approve. Then stop asking.

Four screens cover almost everything. The last one is where the work quietly stops coming back to you.

A question in your words, an answer from your company.

No prompt writing, no picking a data source. Vera looks across the conversations, files and systems you have given her, and shows you the answer.

  • What did we promise this client, and when?
  • Why did the Kowalski deal stall?
  • Summarise this account before my 3pm meeting.

She shows the plan, then does it for real.

Every run is a list of steps against named systems. You can watch it, approve the step that leaves the building, and see exactly what was written where. Nothing happens off the record.

  • Update the CRM from this call
  • Open a ticket for the parts team, attach the calls
  • Draft it, but do not send anything yet

Work that repeats should stop being asked for.

Anything Vera has done once can run on a schedule or on a trigger. The weekly report writes itself on Friday. A lost deal explains itself the moment it is marked lost.

  • Do this every Friday at four
  • When a deal is marked lost, explain why
  • Keep doing it, just check with me first

She comes to the window you already have open.

Vera answers in Slack, in Teams, in email and inside Conversational Intelligence. Same assistant, same memory, same permissions. Nobody has to learn a new place to go.

  • @Vera what did we tell him last time?
  • Forwarding this one, can you write the reply?
  • Carry on from this morning’s thread in Teams

Four moments, four leaks

Deals are lost between the steps.

Almost nobody loses a sale on the walk around the car. They lose it in the hours between an enquiry and an answer, between a test drive and a call back, between a promise and a delivery date. Vera works those hours.

  • Delegation

    Works while you do not

Long jobs do not need you sitting there. Hand over the reading, the cross checking and the first draft at the end of the day.

“Go through every call from this month, find the accounts at risk, and have it ready for Monday.”

You geta finished piece of work, not a to do list

  • Depth

    Speed or depth, your call

Some questions need an answer in four seconds. Others need every conversation from the last quarter read properly. You choose which one you are asking for.

“Short answer now, and read the whole quarter properly before Monday.”

You getthe right answer at the right cost

  • Reuse

    Nobody starts from scratch

What one person taught Vera, the team inherits. Good runs become routines, and routines become how the company does that job.

“Write it the way Marta writes it, in my words.”

You getthe good version as the default

  • Control

    She asks before she acts

You decide what she does alone and what needs a person. Reading and drafting are usually free. Anything that reaches a customer or a system of record can be held for approval.

“Draft anything you like. Never send without asking me first.”

You geta full log of what she did and why

Every CI team already has her.

If you run VoiceLab Conversational Intelligence, Vera is sitting in the same screen as the transcripts, with your conversations already given to her. Nothing to buy, nothing to connect, no data to move. She reads what CI has understood and turns it into the email, the task or the CRM entry.

She is an add-on inside CI, where most teams meet her: the transcript is finished, and she handles what comes after it. She also reaches systems that have nothing to do with calls.

Why our own models matter

An assistant with this much access has to be ours.

Vera reads your contracts, your customers and your calls. Most assistants send all of that to a model somebody else rents. Ours do not. Moonlight and Trurl are our own, and they run where you tell them to run.

  • Your data is not training anyone

What Vera reads stays yours. Nothing from your conversations, documents or systems is used to train models for another customer, and retention is set by you.

  • Your data stays in your jurisdiction

EU hosting as standard, on premise where the security review demands it. No third party sub processor sitting between your company and its own knowledge.

  • SOC 2, and access you control

Independently audited controls, on top of the permissions you already run. Vera can only see what the person asking can see, and every action she takes is logged.

She works inside the tools your team already runs.

Your systems stay your systems. Vera reads from them and writes back to them, in the same fields your team uses, with the same permissions they have.

Questions we get

Asked on everyfirst call.

If yours is not here, ask it in the demo. We would rather answer it before the contract than after.

View all FAQs

Does she act on her own, or does she ask first?

You draw the line, per team and per action. Reading, searching and drafting usually run freely. Anything that reaches a customer or writes to a system of record can be held for approval, and every step she takes is logged with the source she used.

What can she do on day one?

Once the relevant sources are connected, Vera can answer questions across your conversations, documents and systems, summarise an account, draft an email, open a ticket or update the CRM. A workflow she has completed once can later run on a schedule or trigger.

Which models power her, and is our data used to train them?

Vera is powered by Moonlight and Trurl, VoiceLab’s own models. What she reads stays yours. Nothing from your conversations, documents or systems is used to train models for another customer, and you set the retention period.

Do we need Conversational Intelligence to use her?

No. Vera can work across the documents and systems you connect to her. If you use VoiceLab Conversational Intelligence, she is also available in the same interface as your transcripts and can turn what CI has understood into an email, task or CRM entry without moving the data elsewhere.

Can she see things people should not?

Vera follows the permissions you already use. She can only see what the person asking can see, and every action she takes is logged. Access to individual sources and actions can be restricted for each team.
