The enquiry at 21:40, the follow up nobody made, the offer that took two days to write. Vera takes the work around the sale, so your advisors spend their day with people who are ready to buy.

Four moments, four leaks
Deals are lost between the steps.
Almost nobody loses a sale on the walk around the car. They lose it in the hours between an enquiry and an answer, between a test drive and a call back, between a promise and a delivery date. Vera works those hours.
The Enquiry
Answered while they are still looking
Portal leads, forms and messenger arrive in the evening and at the weekend. Buyers write to four dealers at once and the first real answer usually wins the appointment.
Vera replies in a minute with the answer to what was actually asked, checks the car is still available, asks the two questions your advisor would ask and proposes a slot from the real calendar.

The Test Drive
Booked, confirmed and remembered
Half of the no shows are not lost interest, they are a slot agreed in a message thread that nobody put in a calendar.
Vera holds the car and the plate, confirms by SMS the day before, moves the slot when the customer asks, and tells the advisor who is coming, in what, and what they looked at online.
Your advisors skip:The no show morning
The Offer
On the table before they cool down
Price, discount policy, financing example, trade in and a delivery date that has to come from the importer. Four systems and usually a day or two.
Vera drafts the offer with the group discount rules applied, a financing example, a draft trade in valuation with comparable listings and the first realistic delivery week. Your advisor edits and sends.
Your advisors skip:The two day wait
The Follow Up
The call that always slips
Everyone knows the second and the fifth day matter. They are also the days when three new walk ins arrive and the follow up quietly stops happening.
Vera keeps the list, drafts the message with what was actually discussed, flags who went quiet and who bought elsewhere, and hands your advisor a call list instead of a CRM view.

Every way a buyer reaches you
Five doors,one answer.
You pay for each of these channels separately and each one behaves differently when the floor is busy. Vera covers four of them. The fifth stays human on purpose.

Walk in
This one stays yours
Vera does not meet people at the door. She makes sure the advisor is not on the phone when someone walks through it.
Always human
The same lead, two dealerships
Friday 21:40,and what follows.
Nothing in this timeline is unusual. One enquiry on a Friday evening, sent to two dealers at once. The only difference between the two rows is how long the buyer waits for a real answer.

Built for callers whoask about trimlevels
Buyers still call before they visit, and they call while your advisors are with someone else. Our own speech models are trained on the vocabulary those calls are made of: model names, trims, engine codes, colours and the way people say them at speed.

Caller
Hi, do you still have that blue Kodiaq Style from the website, the one with the tow bar?
Vera
Yes, still available, the 2.0 TSI Style in Race Blue, tow bar and the winter pack. There is a second one arriving in week 39 if you would rather have the newer model year.
Caller
Could I see it on Saturday? And I have a Superb to trade in.
Vera
Saturday at eleven with Marek, the car is held for you. Send me the plate of the Superb and there will be a first valuation waiting when you arrive, so you are not sitting through it at the desk.

Good ones straight to a person
A buyer ready to talk numbers, a fleet enquiry, anyone asking for a human. The advisor picks up with the context already on screen.
Nothing lost on a busy floor
Missed calls are answered, the reason goes on the customer card, and the promise is in the record, not in somebody's memory.

What dealersask first
Five questions come up in every rollout. Here they are, answered the way we answer them on the call.
Will it take my customer, and my commission?
No. Vera answers first and hands the conversation over the moment it is worth a person. The lead stays assigned to the advisor whose turn it is, by your own rules, and the deal is closed by a human as it is today.
Does it give out prices and discounts?
Vera prepares the offer using the current prices and dealership discount rules available in the connected systems. An advisor reviews and sends it. If a request falls outside those rules, Vera hands it over instead of inventing a price or approving an exception.
What about consents and GDPR?
Consent rules and permitted contact channels are defined during the rollout. Vera respects the permissions of the connected systems, and her actions remain logged. Data can be processed in VoiceLab’s EU infrastructure, with an on-premises deployment available where required.
Will it promise a delivery date we cannot keep?
No. Vera only confirms a date available in the connected stock, importer or logistics system. If the date is missing or uncertain, she says so and hands the case to an advisor instead of making a promise.
How long before one showroom is running?
We start with one showroom, connect the channels and systems it already uses, and test the handover rules with the team before rolling out further. The exact timeline depends on the scope and integrations, and is agreed before the project starts.
